FAQ for using our online Store

Payments Accepted

We use Paypal as our secure payment system* (NB – You can also use Paypal to pay via Credit Card) We also accept payment via Direct Deposit – see below.

Postage

We ship our goods using Australia Post and charge a flat rate of $8.95 for postage anywhere in Australia. Orders over $80 are shipped free of charge. Orders which contain albums, storage items and other heavy items will attract an ‘actual freight cost’ as charged by Australia Post. International customers, will be charged actual freight as determined by Australia Post based on the weight and dimension of your parcel.

Delivery

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of your goods. International orders will take longer. Daisy Chain Scrapbooks is not responsible for orders which have been lost or damaged. Tracking of parcels is provided via email (when an email address is provided with the order).

Returns and Refund Policy

Please make your selection carefully as Daisy Chain Scrapbooks does not provide refunds for incorrect choices. We will accept the return of products that are deemed defective or shipped in error. Arrangements for any returned products must be made within 7 (seven) days of you receiving the order. We do not give cash refunds, instead a store credit will be given for returned products. Return shipping fees will general not be refunded.

What information about Customers does Daisy Chain Scrapbooks Collect?

Automatic information: Every time you visit our website we receive and store certain types of information. As an example, like other websites we may use cookies and we obtain certain types of information when your browser accesses our website. This enables our server to identify your computer and provide a more personalised shopping experience at Daisy Chain Scrapbooks.

Information you give us: We receive and store any information you enter on our website. We simply use the information you supply us with for filling and shipping orders, improving your shopping experience with us, and communicating with you. Please note customer information is never shared with any other sources.

Will Daisy Chain Scrapbooks share any information it receives?

At Daisy Chain Scrapbooks we respect your right to privacy and at no time do we ever provide or sell your account or contact details to any other organisations. Of course we must transmit your entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company to authorise payment. It is important for you to protect yourself against unauthorised access to your account via your computer. Be sure to sign off/log off if you are using shared computer.

If you belong to a Craft or Interest Group and would like to do a class or a ‘make and take’ in our store – please contact us to discuss possibilities. We can provide options like a card and morning tea workshop from $10pp – with a minimum of six people.

At Daisy Chain Scrapbooks, we know that you are concerned about how we use the information that you share with us. The following notice describes our privacy policy and conditions of use. By visiting Daisy Chain Scrapbooks, you are accepting the terms described in the policy. We reserve the right to deny a member rights to our site if we suspect they are not bona fide customer, membership will be revoked without notice.
